Finally, the Metaverse Tallest Tower has been completed. Here’s what you should know

When a friend of mine told me a year ago that Metaverse Architect would one day become a thing, I thought he was being sarcastic. People have turned it into a full-fledged business, and it went from 0 to 100 in a flash after Mark Zuckerberg announced the rebranding of Facebook to Meta.

Meta’s attempt to monopolize the Metaverse makes it appear centralized, which thwarts the singular purpose of Web 3.0, which is decentralization. A single company should not have a monopoly on the metaverse. It should be a system that is open and interoperable.

Neil Rimer, co-founder of Roblox, believes that users, not the company, should be responsible for the Metaverse’s energy. Tim Sweeney also emphasized that the Metaverse should not come from a single industry titan, but rather from the crystallization of millions of people’s co-creation.

The world is witnessing a major shift from the real economy to the digital economy right in front of our eyes, and the integration of the two has accelerated dramatically since the global pandemic.

I recently came across a LinkedIn post about a company that is behind the Metaverse’s tallest tower. This accomplishment astounded me. I contacted the founder on LinkedIn and received a warm and enthusiastic response. I’m working on a long interview question for him, but that’ll have to wait for another post.

He goes by the name Luca Arrigo, the founder of the Metaverse Architects.

The Metaverse Architects is a studio that specializes in 3D modeling and game development for the Metaverse. For Decentraland, The Sandbox, and all Metaverse worlds. MA uses a playful and engaging approach to bring your brand to the virtual world. The building in question is called the Airdrop Tower, which is set to become Decentraland’s “first metaverse tourism destination”.

“We will be submitting an application to the Decentraland DAO very shortly as a point of interest for the tallest tower in Decentraland,” said Luca Arrigo.

The property is located in Decentraland’s most lucrative and exclusive neighborhood, within the largest estate that surrounds Genesis Plaza, the world’s spawning point.

Architects will undoubtedly play an important role in the realization of imaginative projects in the metaverse. People in the metaverse require places to live, which necessitates the hiring of architects and designers to design or improve these spaces.

However, as this new world expands, our ideas about what it takes to be an architect may change. Because of the shift in architecture’s goal, it’s possible that we’ll see a distinction between the titles of architect and meta architect over time.

To build for the metaverse, you’ll need some new skills and a new way of looking at things. Metaverse architects need to do 3D modeling and use their expertise in a wide range of fields, including user interface, content design, character design, and even game design.

I certainly don’t know the details, and I’m far from being a metaverse architect, so it’s best to hear from the horse’s mouth. That’s why I would rather ask the man who built the tallest building in the Metaverse. If you have any questions you want me to ask him, please send an email to info [at] decentrapress [dot] com.
